Hi my name is Maja and I’m a 19 year old acrylic artist and I absolutely love creating realism portraits. Working a 9-5 made me realise that most work doesn’t leave you with a physical result. You do the task, close the file, and move on. I feel like art gives you something real. Something to hold. My aim from creating and sharing art work is to not only bring joy to someone else’s space, but it’s to bring back the importance of art into the very digital and modern world that we live in.
The Magical Circus is an overarching theme in all my work and the place that I draw inspirations from. The Magical Circus is just life itself with all it's experiences and observations. Mostly sculptural, but not always, my practice is mostly in ceramics, bronze and mixed media, with kinetic elements being the most challenging, and the most exciting to create.
Hi, I’m Shannon! Based on the beautiful Isle of Sheppey, I create highly detailed, accurate coloured pencil drawings of British birds. My art is all about pausing to notice the wonderful little details in nature that we so easily overlook.
